Photographer’s Note
This shot was taken from the cockpit while flying over Tokyo Bay in the late afternoon. The Tokyo area was already quite dark but fortuetously, Fuji san was still bathed in sunlight.

Is this from an airplane? I really like how there are two layers of clouds and Fuji peeping through in the middle. Wonderful colors and light.

I love this one, nicely done. May be you could have added a little bit of red and blue.. I suppose you took it from a plane?

I find the grainy touch adds a lot to this nice and peaceful composition.
It was a perfect time for the light. Well done !

This is a fabulous shot, I think. Really makes Mt. Fuji look quite mystical, with Tokyo hidden below! I can imagine what it might have been like to actually see this from the cockpit. Very impressive.

Having been in Japan during summer, it was impossible for us to catch even a glimpse of Mount Fuji... Thanks for this amazing image!

Oh so spectacular. A mountain floating in a sea of clouds, weightless - immortal.
Thanks for sharing Peter. A favourite!

Hi Peter, You have added some very good photos, a pleasure to see them. Hope you can convince some friends on other routes to add some too. This looks a little like Antartica scenery. Murray.
