Photographer’s Note
My brother (DLM) always said this place was great for pictures. I tend to avoid it, as quite often people like to jump off the cliff here. Its actually about the only place for miles that you can see the sun go down over the sea. Perhaps this is the reason they choose this venue.
Note: Just to clarify, its actually a couple embracing on the right. Some people think its one guy.
Many comments suggest the image would be better without but its just a street shot really. I saw the couple and thought they made a picture.

Wonderful lanndscape, here
The colors of the sunset-lit cliff and the sea contrast wonderfully.
Very nice effect of movement on the water too
Congratulations!

Hi Jeff
The shot is vertically split in 2 equal parts Fantastic idea to have the sky and the sea and on the other side the cliff highlighted by the opposite side. Well done.
Cheers

The colours are magnificent here! The setting sun illuminates the rocks beautifully, though the view seem somewhat melancholic, I'm not surprised people choose the place to jump of the cliff:-)I myself like atmosphere of this photo very much!

Hi Jeff,
This is an amazing place. It gives me the chills just looking at it, the seal looks cold, the sunset light is iluminating the scene perfectly.
Well done

Hi Jeff
the great lighting adds a real sense of drama to this shot, together with your dramatic composition of the steep cliffs. I like the crashing waves, which give a sense of foreboding, given your note. I hope the person on the cliff isn't contemplating jumping in? In any case it looks like they are wearing a lifejacket!

Bonjour Jeff,
Daniel.

hi Jeff
My initial impression of the photo was that it is one guy ... lols ... thanks for clarifying ... now I like this photo even better since it shows such an impressive illusion
I love the colours in this photo ... Great capture by all means mate ... I will have to add this place to the list of places I have to visit when I come to visit England next time ... besides the colour I also like the timing of your shot as the wave is building up and we can see it being lighted by the sunrays ....
tfs mate ... cheers ... sarju

Awesome colors and lighting- its a winner, it goes to my favorites. The cliff is really cool, no beach, just stair stepping rocks. It looks like a jsec picture. Great job!

Great light and contrast, not sure about the couple, for me they have a bit to much to say.
Spectacular sea & PoV with enticing detail in the lead in rocks and water channel.
Great shot but perhaps the colour is a bit twee? (Ignore me I'm colour blind)

This looks like a photo right out of National Geographic. The couple on the side (I did think it was one guy with a life vest on!) adds so much to the photo, in my opinion.

Don't worry about the people jumping off the cliffs, it's the cars that they are in is the problem. A fourite haunt of mine, however I don't think this image really does it justice.

Hi Jeff,
Color saturation is great. I do not mind that you have that couple in this picture if the girl does not wear that red sweat shirt and hat (but nothing you can do abou it, can't you?). This is still a very good picture. I do like it.

Jeff,
I just revisited your gallery to savor another few shots. Just as artists develop recognizable techniques, your work as a photographer reveals characteristic techniques -- and very good ones. in the photo of the cliff, I agree with you that the man in the red shirt enhances the photo (that there was a couple there, however, I did not know until I read your explanation).
I've been to Wales several times, but unhappily I missed western Wales. The cliffs must be quite dramatic there. Regards from Virginia, Bulent
