Meeting on the ferry crossing Nile river.
People in Sudan are friendly and very kind but not accostumed to tourist. It's difficult to walk unobserved.

hello Luca. This a very good. I like how there is a progression to showing a face, from nothing on the far left, to partially shown and finally fully shown! and what a look she is shooting you. nice work against this harsh light. well done.

This is an interesting composition and a great capture of the third woman with her hand sheilding her face from the sun. The photo appears overexposed, which is unfortunate since I really like everything else about it.

The composition of this is excellent- with no view of the first woman, then a small peek at the face of the next, and finally a full look at the last woman. The strong sunlight makes the clothing look just beautiful. Awesome capture!

Hi Luca,
I think that the overexposure works well here as the white light bathes the women in a magical way,
very nicely seen,

C'est une belle photo, modelé, couleurs compo, expression de cette femme.
Il faudrait voir si une correction de la surexpo fait gagner ou perdre ce qu(il y a de particulier; as-tu essayé?

Hello Luca,

What a great shot. I think you have captured the wariness of the people well. This shot jumps out as very vibrant, an excellent example of use of color. Very well framed, a POV or composition that emphasizes the parallelism of the elements. I really enjoy this shot. I think it reminds me of the compositions of the old black-and-white master photographers.

As far as suggestions go, I would only see what this looks like with increased saturation or contrast. This could help "harden" some of the softness of the light. Nonetheless, your talent shines on this!
