Photographer’s Note

I took this at the Zoo de la Palmyre in Charente Maritime. These monkeys were very clever, almost human - the one on the right kept on putting its arm out to beg for food from visitors.

J’ai pris ceci au Zoo de la Palmyre dans les Charente Maritimes. Ces singes étaient très astucieux, presque humains – celui du droit ne cessait pas de tendre son bras pour demander de la nourriture.

Welcome to TE Jamie,

I really like the expression of these chimps. The one to the left seem to think/say "What are you looking at yeh, want some trouble"
The on to the right "Better give me that camera you papparazi" :)

I would prefer a bit of a closer crop and a more off center position of the two chimps.If possible i would also try and remove the wire fence and pole in post processing. The colour in general is good and the chimps are sharp but the high standing sun have made there eyes invisible. Depending on your distance from them it would be possible to use a flash to remove this shadow.

The expression it selfs diserve 2 points, so here you go :)
