Hi in 2006!!!! this Photo was made in Essen city on Christmas Market. The wleel is not so big like in London bur alsow imposant! The shadow you sea it is monument of Otto Von Bismarck on his horse.

Beautiful night picture, one can almost feel the speed of the wheel. I think that it was a good idea to shoot it with the monument in the middle. This gives an interesting reference of size.

Hi Michael, I love the colour and the movement of this shot. But what really makes it special is the ghostly silhouette of the horse and rider.
