This is sunset over the Bay of Baracoa. To the left in the back, you see a mountain which is called El Yunque (The Anvil). It is described by Christoph Columbus as what he saw at the first bay in the new world he anchored at.
There is a cross in town, which is said to be made by Christoph Columbus himself, though experts still argue about it.
