Photographer’s Note

Knip is the name of a plantationhouse far from the city on the west side of Curaçao. There are two beaches at Knip of which this one on the picture is the big one.It's a good sandy beachwith facilities, visited by the locals as well as tourists.
Even when the weather is rainy, the temperature is good enough to swim and rain lasts mostly not long.

A very beautiful beach and a wonderful impressive moment sky light contrasting atmosphere and also contrasting with this wonderful color and transparency of the Sea water. Very well seen, captured and composed in a splendid perspective and low angle approach. The kids and the people enjoing the bath is a great adition to this great work. The color of sea water here is beautiful. The cloud looking very strong and the family enjoying at beach is giving pleasure otherwise sense of the shot may be changed to terrific shot. Colors at sand and water is really appreciable.

the colours of this one caught my attention... the sky is surreal, so full of clouds... and the colour of the sea is so different of our "black" sea... lovely composition, maybe a low POV could add more mood:)

Different approach?
Usually, we associate this kind of scenery with gorgeous blue, cloudy skies and emerald' waters.
Your photo Gerrit, is somehow different and I have nothing but admiration for the final results.
