Photographer’s Note
Yesterday I was in Montreal for a quick meeting. A I arrived a bit earlier, I brought my camera with me to the meeting... I usually park my car at the World Trade Center to walk to the old building where we usually meet at the Shipping Federation of Canada.
The World Trade Center is situated next door to the Montreal Convention Center. It is made of two city blocks. Made of old buildings renovated with a blend of new contructions like the Intercontinental Hotel.
In the complex the Saint-James Hotel, a small but famous hotel where rock stars are staying when the come in town for a show. ( Like the Rolling Stones.... ) An Atrium is covering the whole courtyard. Very practical in our long winters.
May I add Montreal has still the most extensive underground walkways system. It is so cool to use. Endless indoor shopping too.....
Here we have a vew of the fountain in the center.
Have a great Day!
Robert
