Season is over...all tourists have gone, only dogs are roaming on the beach. That evening the sky was full of clouds, giving a colorful sunset...A few hours later on that night, monsoon broke out....

Thanks to the dog this picture is very nice. Good detail in the waves that are rolling in with some nice clouds in the sky.

Hi Marylin, the image is beautiful but there is too musch contrast or noise and i think that it needs a clean procession.
the dog i think should be better on one of the sides of the composition, to give more importance to the beautiful cloudy sky. the pale colours of the sunset are beautiful as the reflection, well captured, on the water.

La plage a repris ses quartiers, seul un chien veut profiter des derniers rayons de soleil avant la mousson !

i agree with paolo that this photo (although very beautiful) requires some post-processing to clean up noise and lessen the contrast in the sea water ... although you wanted to include the dog to add a story to the photo, but i guess the main interest lies on the cloud texture and sunset ... i would have tried the same photo in different exposure situation ... probably with one or two f-stop high to make it a bit under-exposed ...

lastly, it is a good capture ... thanks for sharing ... cheers

Hi Marilyn, you've captured a moody sea here - excellent cloud formations contribute to the atmosphere. The dog, while not vital to the image, provides an additional focus point. This is an unusual view of Goa - I like it. Regards, Ryno

Lovely colours of the sea with beautiful sharpness. The sky is awesome with the bright orange hue. Nice gradation of colours in the sky as well. The dog in the FG shadows is well captured. Very nice!
