Songkhran
People either stand on the road side with Waterguns, hoses and buckets or travel in pick-ups with 60 gallon drums of water to throw water over each other.
A nice sound is when you spash them with water, and then there is a cry of "NOW" meaning "cold" in Thai, as there is blocks of ice in the drum too.
For this I used a waterproof housing.
