Photographer’s Note

this is the 5th beach of my collection of athens beaches.

Right when you get out of the tunnels karamanli you saw in my previous photo, you come across one of the nicest blues i have seen in the area! this gulf always has the brightest colour blue! The beach consists of a mixture of sand and pebbles. The water is clean if there is a northerly wind (like all of this this area) if not, it isnt really attractive! It is quite shallow here, and is excellent for water sports like volleyball and raquettes. Inside the sea, there is sand. The area is called agia marina koropiou.

i have never been in greece but now i would like to be there.. now i mean!! Great effect making the frame around more opaque than the rest of the picture.
really nice color in the sea, maybe saturating a bit the blue of the sky toward the white..
very nice shot!!!
