Photographer’s Note
Kirin Beer offers brewery tours all over Japan. This was taken at Kirin Beer Park in Nagoya. They pick you up in a van at the station, give you a tour, and 2 pints of beer per person, all for free! Then you buy $100 worth of food and gifts to send home...
I should mention that the people at that table were not yet legal, but Kirin also makes soft drinks so they still got a free beverage. I drank my 2 beers and my wife's too so I had a great time!
In the Kirin logo, the word "kirin" is written in katakana somewhere so our guide went from table to table to see if we could find it. It's like trying to find the Playboy bunny on the cover.

I enjoyed this photo, especially as the brewery appears to be serving orange juice as refreshments.
It might be better to rotate slightly left as the non-vertical wall in the background was, I thought, a distraction

the world's biggest coaster perhaps? it's a very nice insight into the daily life of japan. i thought she may have been an air stewardess or something with her uniform...
i'd have to agree with the rotation suggestion.. keep shooting!

Very informative and interesting note! It's funny how the hostess looks like the ones in airplanes! A real commercial smile!
Apart from that I am not convinced by the inclusion of the orange juice glasses and various stuff on the table and the "whites" are clearly overexposed (the arm on the forground is burnt with no details).
Keep shooting anyway, it's how we improve :)
See you around,
Pris.

Very nice photo! I feel like I am right there in this moment. The expression of the face of the beer guide, composition, anything - a great photo of Japanese life. I love it.
p.s.: Oh, I see they drink orange juice from Kirin beer glasses? what a sin ;) hahaha.

Hello Jason,
Very nice image, I like the detail and the light. Allso some of the details seem to confuse me.... Kirin serving O.J. as refreshments..?
Oh, well... I guess some things I'm not ment to understand. Good work. TFS.
