Photographer’s Note
I post this photo because when i posted my last shot to Cairo many of the friends in TE said that they were thinking that the river Nile is wide because in that shot the river's wide was small
so i think you can see all the nile in this shot.
* the yellow building in the middil is Cairo Opera house and the two towers in the left is for two famous Hotel in cairo

I notice that the greenery with decreased on Guézira (the island). I note many buildings recent of which I do not know. The first bridge on the Nile it is bridge "Al Gamaa" or bridge of the University, the other one it is bridge "Al Roda" in the past "Abbas the Khedive" bridge.
The site of the opera of Cairo, it was before the exhibition centre. This sight of the tower of Cairo is rarely photographed. Thank you Ayman to show us for the next time western sight.

Very nice picture Ayman. I've seen some pictures of Cairo but never from this perspective. Impressive. The composition is spot on. I also like the way how the city and the river fades into the metropolitan smog (fog?). Nice work, thanx for sharing!

Another worthy entry into your Cairo series, Ayman. This shot does indeed a good job conveying the scale of the Nile river. And the perspective is excellent, with the opera house complex in front of the river bend. A surprising amount of green in front, and I the effect of the color and contrast slowly decreasing into the background is interesting (probably due to air pollution, I'm afraid). Nice work.

Interesting view of Cairo. Yes, this give the right scale of the Nile width, thanks for that, Ayman. It's a shame that I have been there yet, it is so close. Good job.

Very interesting view of the Nile and Cairo. Although in a sunny day, with the sun in a low angle the colors and shapes could be boosted I still like the atmosphere in this one.
