This was taken at the Toba Aquarium. The characters on the top of the sign are "kiken" or "danger" - as if the screaming person wasn't enough.
He looks like he has been waiting for a long time to grab somebody by the head.

Composition is very good.
The colours are very strange... I'd say that the levels have been adjusted, or really need to be adjusted. I only see this kind of colour effect on images that I adjust levels on (this would be bad levels adjustment).
I will try to fix it for you later. ^_^
