Photographer’s Note

Here is another lion from the Lion Parade in Oslo (another photo of Oslo lions posted yesterday entitled "Grrr..."). This one seems to be trying to be part of a Cow Parade instead.

Technical: This was scanned (HP officejet 7104xi all-in-one) from an APS print (Canon Elph), so it was not an ideal image to begin with. The image was then cropped to focus on the lion. Noise reduction employed, and the entire image was then sharpened.

hi jackie i have heard of the lion king but never a lion cow. looking around on TE sculptures like these turn up in lots of countries (last year in dubai they were horses)

Hi Jackie,
Considering the trouble you went through to proces this picture, the end result has come out pretty good. Good colours, nice pebbled BG. But the winner is the 'Lion-Cow'.
