Nice shot I like the datail of this clock tower, the ligth is perfect and the contrast too.

He Ewa, I really like the details and sharp you got here, but I think the white sky don't gave a good contrast on it. You shold try next time a photo in another time of the day or use a polarizer to put this sky on blue and giving a great result.
The crop was intersting.

Ewa,
the focus on the clock is a very good one althogh I feel like Andre. The contrast between the sky and the building is almost non existing. A different sky could give a better impression and enhance the the texture of the tower.
