Yesterday, I posted gate of this temple and parts of the temple viewed from outside. Now, you can see all other buildings inside the complex.

At background is the hill covered with natural forest. It seems that this temple also marks border between lands that can be cultivated by crops or used for residential area and conserved lands. The local people may not formally learn about hydrological cycle, but they already practices this water management principle, thru their indigenous knowledge.

Unfortunately, I cannot explain to you, function or meaning of each structure in this temple. However, in general, in Bali, architectural design, location, layout of buildings/structures in temple complex always has spiritual meanings.

Hi Benyamin,
You've composed this well ... repeating structures looks effective. I noticed that the uniformity of the structure creates a sense of peaceful surrounding ... like a descipline environment. Well done.
Cheers,
Renier

Hi Benyamin,
a beautiful and peaceful place. Is that in the north of Bali?
The architecture of these buildings is so beautiful and I like these roofs.
A nice framing and composition. Good colours.
Have a nice weekend.
Nino

good overview of the different buildings of the temple-complex, ben! :-)
very nice wooden architecture and everything looks so calm and peaceful, too bad they had to put up a blue wastebasket and the white lamp.
good job & best wishes, thorsten.

Hi Benyamin,
interesting serie, unusual temple, good colours, pity that sky was not friendly.

Hi Ben. Interesting photo of this temple complex, with a nice point of view to show the multitude of pagoda roof patterns. Also a good color setting with the interplay of lush greens with the dark roof coverings. Nice photo.

Hi, Benyamin! I think a blue sky would make this pic even nicer than it is! Great composition and note, as ever! Greetings! Miguel.
