I was photographing the people who gather each morning to receive medical help in Delhi when this young girl with her father appeared. Her left leg had been run over by a hand cart!

Chris,
I started to get emotional and very sad with the image in this picture. You have captured what the poor people in India have to endure. I have two kids of my own and I can't imagine not getting any help for them when they are hurt. This father shows desperation, helplessness, and a lot of love. Well done.
