After 1 hour boat drive from chong knheas, we arrived at Kompong phluk, a fishermen village.
This village is surrounded by mangrove forest, as you can see on the background of this fisherman

That movie-like canvas is interesting and the picture is quite incredible. You managed to catch the best moment, the one when the fisherman tool is like hanged in the air. That's an amazing shot for those who would like to see documentary value and piece of art ideas mixed together.

Beautiful catch, Cessy. The green foliage in the background is a bit distracting (not enough contrast between the subject and the background), but the scene and the composition are bothe very nice.

Hi Cessy. Lovely photo here, indeed a bit reminiscent of a scene from an adventure movie (or maybe Hollywood has just spoiled our brains to think so, LOL). The fishing net makes a well-constrasting subject versus the forest of Mangroves, and the merry fisherman is a beautiful and essential inclusion to complete the storytelling aspect of the scene. Quite a good exposure, not the easiest one to that regard, it would seem.

Beatiful capture of this split of a second before the night dives into the water. The whole effort to get this perfect circle is documented in the fishermans movement. Isn't it amazing that he doesn't fell off his boat or that the boat doesn't turn around?

Cette photo, Cessy, a beaucoup de charme et de grâce. Le pêcheur d'abord semble exécuter une danse pour jeter son filet. Le filet suspendu en l'air comme un nuage qui va fondre sur l'eau donne à la photo toute sa beauté. Du très beau travail !

Beautifully done work here. I love the deep contrasts the greens and the orange of the flying net.The expression in the face.. Mine too :) are all excellent.
