This bus is the vegetable and fruit shop in sadahart, above alaverdi. the smoke in the background comes from the copper mine down in the valley. as most vehicles in armenia, this bus uses gas instead of petrol (you can see the bottles on the bus).

Hello Lukas,
This is an interesting daily life photo. It seems almost surreal to me to have the old bus, the fresh vegetables, and the smoke from the mine all in the same shot. Good colors, too.

hehe, such a classic shot from Armenia!
there's something in this simplicity of living.. somehow, there, you feel much more connected with true reality of living, with people around, everything is more real and you start appreciating what you have and become better person. ahah, my cheap philosophing :)

One of the most beautiful places in Armenia is the area of Alaverdi and this photo is great to show part of the daily life there.
