The end of a day in a beach Photo

Photographer’s Note

This photo was take in Sao Pedro Moel beach, more one second my camera was wet. After this shot my shoes was wet, Why i don't put title :"wet, wet, wet..." :)

This it's a diferent photo but i like the color tones and forms I hope you like, too.

The colors are what make this image beautiful.. Especially the "foam" coming close to us.

We can feel the water arriving on us and this is very impressive.
The colors and the textures are really beautiful.
Maybe a little pity that the horizon is leaning to the right.

Pretty cool shot. The original perspective makes it interesting. I really like how close you came to the foam. I just wish for two things that can improve the shot. One: more sharpness. Did you use a tripod when shooting this? Second: the horizon is tilted. Apart from this you've got a nice shot here.

Wow, this is really great, Rafael, and IMO - one of your best. A very well chosen low angle, and great composition. The ocean looks so wild and stormy. The textures of the sand and the foam are excellent and the colors are wonderful. a favorite. Very well done.

Dear Rafa, if I would have three thumbs I would shout out "Three thumbs up!". What an interesting view. That easily overrides the little "errors" like missing sharpness and tilted horizon. Otherwise wonderful :) Yours, Jan

expectacular. Ja tentei fotografar uma vez uma coisa deste genero mas não tive grande sorte. Gosto muito do resultado do contraste entre a espuma branca e a areia moran. Adoro o contraste. Acho que devias cortar o primeiro terço da foto e deixar só a espuma e a areia. expermimenta ver só a foto dai para baixo.

Very low angle. Great experiment. The foam is menacing. It is worth to have gotten wet for this good result.

The low angle is doing wonders for this shot, Rafa (almost looks like you were lying down on the sand, in which case it would be "wet, wet, messy"). Seeing the white foam quite gives a feel of the tide coming towards us, and a very fine perspective. Excellent "late afternoon" colors on the sky, and a good texture of the sand. Great shot.

I was going to ask if you got wet, but then read your notes...:-D Ok, it was your shoes, your camera, and what about your nose - wet too? :-P Hope the camera is ok now, for it has done just a great job in your hands - the moment of that white foam, spreading to you is fantastic! The colours of the sky and the textures of sand and water are extremely beautiful. GREAT!

Gorgeous pic. I love the foam, the color of the sand, the movement and the perspective.

Vous étiez allongé sur le sol pour photographier cette scène ?
La composition est parfaite, mais attention votre caméra ne supporte pas le sel de mer.
