This child was sitting on a horse cart. He was so wondering when I took this picture. He looked at me as if I was going to want to play with him. This child plays on the ground everyday. You can see children in Cambodia play on the ground with their hands and body contacted with dust and dirty thing everyday. It is normal for mothers to let their children play on the ground while they are doing their domestic work. This child is not easily vulnerable to any diseases... they look healthy. But well...it is hard to say with million other sick children in the country. Kunthabopha hospitals in Cambodia run by Dr. Richner, a swiss doctor, spend like almost hundred million of dollars treating children for free of charge for every year.
