Photographer’s Note

Olá amigos, outra foto feita na Bienal de artes em São Paulo, cujo tema foi inspirado em seminários de Roland Barthes ministrados no Collège de France em 1976 e 1977."Como Viver Junto" propõe uma reflexão sobre a vida coletiva em espaços partilhados, sobre a justaposição de ritmos diferentes no mesmo espaço físico.

Hi Vera,
I just wished I can comprehend the notes better but all the same I always enjoyed paintings. I can see that you managed the lighting and DOF very well as the paintings towards the further end are still visible and the colours well recorded. The perspective seemed to suggest that there are some more beyond. Well captured. All the best.

Yo comprendo un poquito porque hablo espanol entonces tratare escribir algo aqui! Me gusta el foto mucho. Creo que el mensaje es sobre viviendo juntos en un mundo con muchas personas differentes (o algo asi!). Las peinturas son muy bonitas y me gusta tambien la perspectiva del foto. Lo siento que no hablo portugues!

I like this close perspective view of the paintings, giving them a 3D appearance. The colours are very striking and you have portrayed that well.

Belesa de cores Vera. Conseguiu uma ótima luz para um local fechado. Eu acho que uma foto plana, sem esse efeito de profundidade, daria também um bom resultado. Legal poder ver a Bienal por suas fotos.

Bravo, une fois encore, Vera, pour avoir su donner un effet de perspective de cette exposition.
Le cadrage n'est pas du tout évident à réaliser. Aucune déformation visible.
Réalisation très originale et très bien faite.

Greetings Vera.
The thumbnail (of course) does not do justice to this shot. The strong white background offset by those dark floor and ceiling triangles at the corners make such a dramatic framing of the receding wall of pictures. Such a wonderful background for the colors and faces contained in the artwork. Fantastic POV and great lines.

Hello Vera,
There's a wonderful perspective in this shot and the paintings make it very colorful too. The compo is perfect with the first painting framed in the top left-hand corner and the last one perfectly aligned along the right side of the photo.

Hi Vera,
Excellent painted canvas. I am not really a big fan of photographing canvasses but this one is pretty unique from the photographic POV as well. This one almost has a three dimensional effect.
