Tuscany (Italian Toscana) is a region in central Italy, bordering on Latium to the south, Umbria and Marche to the east, Emilia-Romagna and Liguria to the north, and the Tyrrhenian Sea to the west. It is often regarded as among the most beautiful parts of Italy.

Hello Thomas. Great picture. Wonderful colours. An artist's eye. Though I might have also cropped just a little of the sky. Would make a fantastic widescreen panorama. Really nice work.

Maybe this is place is what inspired Sting to write the song "Fields of Gold". Nicely done but I agree with both Dave and Roberto about the cropping.

A lovely scene very well captured and presented. Great composition and colour! Perhaps you might improve the picture by cropping the sky a little, but I like it as it is anyway.

Hi Thomas, on first look I guess that this is photo from Toscana. I like this landscape nad beautiful nature. Good shot, very strong coloureand exelent motive.

Beautiful shot - the colours are superb especially those of the field & foreground trees. I'd agree with the other comments about cropping the sky, but that's the only chnage I would make. This would look great printed, framed & hung on a wall somewhere!

I spent some years in Siena for university and I like to have a lot of tours, but I've never visited this place, despite I knew it. What a pity! You caught a wonderful golden field. Excellent composition.
