This almost looks like the graphical work of Maurits Cornelis Escher, a famous Dutch artist.

I agree. It has has an Escher-esque quality - except for the upside down waterfals, etc:)
You've got quite a nice amount of detail- plenty of interest for the eye. The contrast and colours are very good. gives a good sense of the city.

Hi,
A nice composition Ezio. Its leading the eyes either from up to down or vice versa. Great depth of field.
