Michael,
This is a nice photo of old San Juan from a nice POV. I have several shots from this same vantage point myself. It's a nice place to take photos.
The lighting and color are fine but the sharpness lacks a little. If you had shot with a higher f-stop (F/11-16) you could have achieved a greater DOF and more sharpness.
