Photographer’s Note
First of all, I would like to wish a happy and fruitful new year to all TE members!
On this picture you can see a typical landscape from northern Bulgaria or Moesia - it's a huge hilly region bordering the southern shore of the Danube and stretches from eastern Serbia to the Black Sea. Many people find it very monotonous, but i like its smooth hills and fields. I find them very "relaxing".

Hello Jonko,
Happy new year to you, too! I like this simple composition. It is very peaceful. I like the way the bare tree branches break up the pattern of waves in the foreground, and the different shades of light and dark on the hills.
