So very nicely done!! Such a simple, but very effective composition. It's perfect. The light and contrast are really good considering the conditions. Nice clear detail. And as someone mentioned, the framing is a great choice for this. Lovely shot!! Regards,

in my country we implored God for a little snow and you said "go away"?...:)..simple this picture,but nice choise for b&w,gives me the feeling of loneliness..the frame is interesting,too..

Hi Rene, this is an interesting image. The snowy landscape and the desolation of this scene works well in B & W. Perhaps the silhouette of a human figure would have enhanced it, but then again, I like the emptiness of the scene. Well-captured!
