Nice idea, also quite okay POV and composition. The boat is a nice extra addition to the scene. Besides those aspects, I can/t really enjoy this photo. It looks as if something went wrong with the white balance, just a bit to blue for my tastes. Don't the houses have other colours too? Also a bit longer note would be nice.
