Nations Sunset Photo

Photographer’s Note

Located near the Tagus River in Linbon, located in the eastern part of the city, the Parque das Nações (Nations Park) was buit to receive the Expo 98.
This area was previously home to large industries and was a really poluted area, nowadays its where most of the city people go jogging, cycling, riverside walking and all sort of ludic activities.
Funny how things change... for better! (In this case)
In this shot we can see one of two gemini beautifull towers, the Atlantic Pavillion and the flags that give the park its name between other things.

Boa tarde Daniel,
Esta foto é um postal muito bonito deste local,por vezes venho na Ponte Vasco da Gama e vejo o céu como o fotografaste neste dia,( mas não posso lá parar o carro).
Julgo que a definição ou falta de luz na zona do Pavilhão Atlântico poderia ter sido melhor conseguida com um f/ menor, é a minha modesta opinião. Cor e POV bons.

This modern architecture is a good place at various times of the day, here the sunset lit ckoud adds a good touch of color and I like as well how the windows glow in green.

It's a wonderful panorama, indeed... The atmosphere is perfect... Also prfect light, colors, reflection on the water and clarity...

Very beautiful reflections and shades of light and colour in this image. The colourful cloud in the upper corner is well plkaced and catches the eye as well as the lights reflecting in the water-

Really nice cityscape. The framing of the tower with the sunlit clouds is perfect for me. You took this at the perfect time with the lights coming on and reflecting off the river. It gives it a nice sense of balance. Impressive!

Superbe couleurs pour ce cliché par ailleurs très bien équilibré.Peut-être que la lumière est un petit peu juste sur le batiment, celui n'éyant pas éclairé ici.
