Photographer’s Note
Hidden inside the labrynthine, reticulated warren of time-worn alleys that makes up the old city... a languid afternoon.

Caleb, nice shot. Good to see someone having a bit of est and recouperation - the world needs to slow down sometimes. Excellent composition, great colours and pin sharp. Regards, Paul.

Olá Caleb, not so uncommon these kind of languid atmospheres in India. I think I might have a couple of similar shots from Rajasthan. The restaurant sign is definately a good inclusion that balances well with the orange stripe at left to frame the scene.

Hej Caleb
I'v always been warm for all kind of typography in photos, they are like an comment of the moment a subtitle to the image. In this one it leads out of the picture and in to something that is up to your imagination. If you been in Inda you know the type of resturant, the odeur and the noice.

Hi Caleb, I like how the sign suggests industriousness ("come this way, let's do business!") while the man shows the languidness you mention. A beautiful spot for it, too, with the old worn walls and the "bed" put together out of whatever leftover stuff was available. Nice! Regards, Ken.
