Waveforms
Caerfanell River, Talybont, Powys.

The Caerfanell is a small river which feeds into Talbont Reservoir. Best known for a series of small yet picturesque waterfalls, it is a popular tourist walk within the Brecon Beacons National Park.
This photograph shows a point at which the river is forced through a small gully, the angle of approach pushing the swell up against the left-hand wall where, in periods of high water, such as the present conditions, it turns over on itself and "corkscrews" through the gap, before taking the fall beyond.
