No... mocne, Marku. Co tu dużo pisać... Obraz mówi sam za siebie. Prosta kompozycja do trudnej sytuacji.
PS. Dałeś mu chociaż jakiś grosz?

Powtórzê za Janem - mocne! - jednak nie wiem jak odnie¶æ siê do tego typu jestestwa - czyta³em kiedy¶ ksi±¿kê o Romach s³owackich - ¿e w ten sposób sp³acaj± swoje d³ugi (w³a¶ciwe to same odsetki) wobec mo¿nych Romów - s³ysza³em te¿, ¿e czêsto sami kalecz± swoje dzieci by wzbudzaæ lito¶æ - za co¶ takiego to.....
Ale zdjêcie jest dobre - nawet to spojrzenie z góry tutaj pasuje.

Hej Marek!
Well not everybody seems to enjoy life so much even if days geeting longer.
It's a picture that gives other associations more than the begging for coins.
I'v seen so many pictures of men begging for life been accusewd to death sentence.
so the picture has a very drastic flavor.

Powerful shot. The view is interesting, looking down from above, which has the effect of making the man seem smaller, and makes his head seem even lower, adding to the sense of pathos. I like the off centre positioning too. Great work with this interesting subject.

musze tu wtracic i dziwie sie ze nikt jeszcze tego nie zrobil: VETO!
dwie uwagi:
1)dla mnie to zdjecie nie jest wogole mocne,ale tragiczne,i -wg mnie- bardziej tragiczne jest to ze te zdjecie tu jest niz sytuacja tego czlowieka.czy ludzie juz tak zoobojetniali ze nikomu to nie przeszkadza??
gdzie ludzka wrazliwosc!wg mnie takich zdjec sie nie powinno robic.
nie bierz tego do siebie-kazdemu kto zamiesci podobne zdjecie sie sprzeciwie.
2)przytaczasz ze kolega ma podobna scenke-tymczasem one sie roznia-tam widac emocje-Fis2 wybral odpowiedni moment na nacisniecie spustu-ty przesunales tylko postac w prawa strone,zeby byla kompozycja.gdyby ten mezczyzna z kims rozmawial,uniosl wzrok,usmiechnal sie,pojawila sie obok niego inna postac-sytuacja by sie odmienila,a tak zglaszam VETO.

Samo zycie, gdzie takich obrazow nie ma, nawet w bogatszych krajach. Tak sie zastanawiam, czy uliczni grajkowie nie robia tego samego? chyba tak, tylko Bozia im dala instrument i troche praktyki. Niezle technicznie zdjecie. Kolory naturalne, ostrosc przy dlugim zoomie tez ok.

Muszê Ci powiedzieæ, ¿e poszedle¶ na latwiznê ;-). Temat wra¿liwy, dyskusjê przeczyta³em, kazdy mo¿e mieæ swoje zdanie wiêc ja nie dyskutujê. Prosty reporterski kadr pokazuj±cy "¿ycie"...

No tak, zycie.
Tak sie zastanawiam...nie jestem przeciwko robienia tego typu zdjec, ale w pewnych sytuacjach, gdy czlowiek jest "nisko"...wydaje mi sie, ze trzeba porozmawiac, poprosic o zrobienie zdjecia, i to nie koniecznie w takiej sytuacji...zwlaszcza z bliska. Ostatnie moje zdjecie czlowieka biednego (ale ktory nie zebral) bylo z daleka...a dwoch bezdomnych focialam w innej sytuacji, w kazdym razie nie na ziemi, nie na kolanch...i po uprzedniej rozmowie.
Dlatego tez wydaje mi sie to troche kontrowersyjne...juz Fisowi wczoraj mowilam...no bo taki czlowiek jest w zasadzie bezbronny i moze czuc sie upodlony...Jest latwym celem w takich okolicznosciach...

Doczytalam wlasnie z rozmowy z Jasmisiem, ze robiles zoomem i z daleka. No ale szkoda, ze tego nie napisales...przynajmniej ten czlowiek nie zostal z bliska ponizony :)

Za zainteresowanie ludzmi, masz buzi.

It is a little bit puzzling to see a strong and young manon his knees to make begging, but it exists and your photo well shows it.

The way he seems so small in the frame .. so bent and sorrowful .. sits in such contrast to his large frame .. powerful powerful image.

Hi Marek! This man does not look like a vagrant (yet!) but maybe he's just had some really bad luck or made a bad decision. We are all just hours from this situation ourselves - entirely dependent on our health, our job, our family. I hope this poor soul doe not suffer too badly. A sad indictment of our so-called civilised times that such things still exist. Regards, Paul.

Young man. Well fed. Clean. Nice haircut. Taken care of in a very proper manner. Broad shoulders. Strong, muscular legs. Clean shaved face. (I wonder what kind of Eau de Cologne his mother buys for him?)
Nice, warm clothes. They harmonize very well with the earthy tones of wall behind him. Tommy Hilfiger... GAP, perhaps ?). Knee pads under his legs for better comfort. Haute Couture a'la Pologne 2007.
His plaquette says he needs a help. The truth is - he is there to beg for money. He doesn't need any help. He needs a MONEY !!!!

I must say it moves me when I see it, specialy his expresion of humilty or shame in having to beg for money, which many people do with no shame at all. I agre with Cormac on your angle of shot + his face looking down. Great Photo...
