Photographer’s Note
The visit in vukovar was very strange. The feeling of being in the midst a former battlefield of the Yugoslav-war of the 1990ies was quite shocking. Normality has not fully arrived here. There are still buildings dotted with bullet-holes next to modern banking facilities. Probably the ruins are left intendedly acting as a reminder of the cruelties that have taken place here.

Hello! Maybe you could use some resampling when you lessening the size of picture. This will reduce visible "sharp" pixels (especially on the upper right corner).

That 's a picture with a great potential and all the details reveal a hard realism , those aftermaths of the Balkans war , the mixture of styles , new buildings beside those old ones which still mourn and cry for their hurts during those ominous days . I appreciate all the details even the work tasks in that street , signals of reconstruction and photography with feet put on earth in the level of the very same street .Have a nice weekend !
