Photographer’s Note
A fisherman right outside of the south gate of Angkor Thom. My sports / action shot of Cambodia. It's not just temples and poverty!! Spend some time looking around and you'll see many, many amazing things.

Hi John,
Very nice shot. You seem to have cpatured the moment. Sharp and detailed. Excellent placement of the subject.
One suggestion....Do use the maximum photo size (800 pixels) which TE offers.
Cheers,
Guru

Very nice action shot. I visited Cambodia 10 years ago and I did the same you recommend: look around.
Unfortunately, no digital camera at that time.

Hi John,
good timing, the net is in the air and the face is well visible.
I like the colors as well.

Nicely composed shot of this Cambodian fisherman. The only minor flaw I see is you may be able to make a color balance adjustment due to the flesh tones appearing a bit too warm. Could be my monitor needs adjustment however. I've done a workshop to show you what I mean.
Best regards,
Rob

Hi John,
Excellent capture of this man throwing out his fishing net! I like the brownish color of the water and the expression of the man focused on the action. The texture of the net is perfectly maintained despite being in movement flying in the air. We can even see the drops of water falling... Great shot!

John, super stop action here, framing the fisherman through his own net is genius. colorful and crisp this is a very nice capture.

Great capture John!
Nice and sharp, good composition and even a nice expression on your man's face.
I suppose you did a burst and this is the best of the lot?

Hauke
