Photographer’s Note
On our way to Kodaikanal from Coimbatore, we stopped at this hotel for some snacks .Being in south India (which is the birth place of great dishes like idli, dosa, uthapa) we opted for Paper masala dosa from the menu.
Well, we're not dissaponted. Here's the guy with the delicacy. It is just like any dosa in every respect except for the size. It's about 4 - 4.5 ft in length with cooked vegitables contained inside the rolled outer layer. It is sufficient for 2-3 persons. And not to mention, it's crisp & delishuuuuus.

Hi Gautam.
This is something nice to see.. The smell and the crispness of this "Himalayan Dosa" is well portrayed here. I bet, no one will leave that place without having one like this. congrats for bringing this here. Have a nice week.

What a wonderful depiction of the exoticity of South Indian cuisine!! Even though I'm from Tamil Nadu, I have to say I have never seen a dosa as humongous as this one! Great catch! Seeing the rings of the dosa and how evenly it has crisped, looks like two people had to make it in a huge pan, as two dosas connected in the middle.
