El Santuario de Chimayó is a church in Chimayó, New Mexico. It annually attracts nearly 300,000 pilgrims. The chapel is built over a spot where a crucifix of El Señor de Esuipulas was found in 1810. The earth inside the chapel is said to be sacred and some attribute to it curative powers. The Archdiocese of Santa Fe describes Chimayó as a place to pray and meditate and ask for peace in the world and in every person - their heart, body, and mind.
Chimayó is about 40 miles south of Taos and 24 miles northeast of Santa Fe, on Hwy 76, often called the "High Road to Taos."
This image is in a sepia tone, which I think fits well and complements the adobe of the church.

Hola Jose,
curiosa imagen de ese santuario, me gusta el color sepia que le has puesto pero creo que le falta un poco de nitidez a la imagen. La composicion es interesante.
Un saludo
Sergio

Merhaba Jose...
It's a wonderful point of view and perfect vertical cadrage, indeed...
The light, the sepia tones and the clarity are also perfect... The texture of the old walls is wonderful too... Thank you very much for your interesting note...
TFS...
Stay well..
Salim.

Hi again my friend!
It was left this one to be commented!
I am pleased for your note, because in some occasions they are very helpful to be in the right context, but in this case is more than useful.
Adorable this yellowish ambience you have created because of the light, this and the rest of the elements help to give a timeless appearance!
By the way, regarding to a comment you wrote about my Piazza di Spagna picture, have you been in Rome more than once??
Cheers buddy!
Mikos
