Photographer’s Note

...enano con galera means literally "dwarf with hat on". The first time I heard this rather peculiar name was 13 years ago while studing architecture in Uruguay. The real name is "Palacio Salvo" and it is one of the most well-known architectonic symbols in Uruguay. It is still a quiet debated structure among scholars, many thinks it is horrible while others just love it, some people even says that Le Corbusier praised it while in Montevideo. I choosed to shot only this part of the building (the hat)because I have always been fascinated with the top of the building. If you want to see it in its whole then search for Uruguay in TE and you will find other photos.
