very nice effect of the water ,and the black and white suit very well to this photo.Maybe,it could have a little bit more sharpness on the rocks.Anyway,this is beautiful!

To my eyes, this picture is much instructive: The darkness of rocks appears so intense, compared to water behind.
I see that you used a relatively long exposure time to create an impression of fluidity between boulders for an attractive look.
