[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
This protestor was escorted by the Police on the day that HK government want to remove those protesters occupying the Queen's Pier which is waiting for demolition. Some people think that the pier has been there long ago and would like to retain the pier in its original position so as to bring back their old memories of those old days. However, due to a new Highway needed to be built, the demolition is unavoidable.

Hey Mr. Yuen,

I share the same sad sentiments as the protestors. What a 'creative destruction' our city has been the past year loosing two iconic landmarks!

Great facial expressions of pain, very emotional and powerful image. It's sad people careless about this image, just don't get it at all...oh well.

All the best!

Jom
