Doesn't tell me much. Too many backs of people, which would have probably worked out in the context of the picture if something was happening. The picture is a bit too biased towards trying to achieve a symmetric scene (centered post, small poles in succesion with respective shadows almost centered and vertical building on the top right) and so does miss the actual landscape, interactions, faces.
