Photographer’s Note

Glurns/Glorenza is a well preserved medieval town in Vinschgau / Val Venosta. It lies almost entirely within rectangualar medieval walls, with towers, town gates etc. Once it holded a key position on the old trade route, guarding the river crossing. Today you can pass through at no fee, actually the traffic through the town is the only a bit annoying thing.

This picture shows a street, which goes paralelly to the main road, so it is far less crowded, even on a beautiful summer morning.

Nice low POV, composition and interesting town, it would have be better if the man was more close to you in order to add a bit of movement to the photo, anyway a good and well done photo, compliments.
