An interesting shot. The two people give an excellent sense of scale, as well as being in interesting poses themselves, and the slow shutter smooths the water flow. Green colors are bright and sharp. The only distraction is the twig at top center, which can be removed in PP.
Your note ought to tell us something about the two men there, what moved you to take the photo, any technical problems, things like that.
