Todays shot is from the factory where I work.
I went to the riverside behind the plant, there was this place for offloading coal for the old Power plant.

Beside the powerplant WS, I also uploaded a cropped version of this one in B+W, i prefer the color myself, but always interesting to see the difference.

Hi Harry

I love images of industry. My workplace is near the old docks at Liverpool, so this scene is familar. I must say that I like the clean colours here, the green cranes standing out against the sky, but I like the B&W version more. Somehow it seems to suit industrial shots more, to me anyhow. It's nice also to see shots with some personal contact to the photographer.

Me gustan los paisajes industriales, las escenas cotidianas, el mundo de la gente de verdad. Me aburren los cielos permanentemente saturados, los atardeceres rojizos, las tarjetas postales.
Bien por no apostar siempre por el caballo ganador.
Una propuesta interesante la de hoy.

Hej Harry,
A very nice view of the factory area and the very calm water. Together with the pleasing light a very peaceful atmosphere is created. The people are a good inclusion too.
I find it a pity that the top of the crane in front is missing. But good shot anyway.

Hi Harry,
An interesting daily life view of the coal dock. POV and framing, natural looking colors and fine sharpening level.
The man walking is well situated in the frame too. i like the perspective.

A place that I realy want to visit in Rio is the seaport, but is a forbidden place. Good for you, can enter and take photos of this place. Nice colors. the man element was a nice ideia, gives a bit more life to the photo.
