Photographer’s Note

I do not know exactly where in the Shetlands these two posts were taken, probably not very far from St Ninian's isle (which is perhaps seen in the background of the main post) and at least betwwen there and Scalloway. Anyway, they are a good example of the rocky shores over there, but the sea was very quiet that day and the sky, cloudy as usual.

Hello Emmanuel,
Seems like there are some rugged rocks in the Shetland waters!
This is a good view of the scenery, showing the special landscape and its lack of trees...
A well composed presentation with fresh colours, good sky!

A beautiful sea view with a good inclusion of the grass in the foreground and also the slopes of the island in the background are very nice to see. The rocks on the left hand side are great too and are wonderfully shaped. Well captured, thanks for sharing!

A great landscape, the scene has a perfect balance of lighting, the perspective is correct and creates a good deep, the black rocks are interesting and create a dramatic tone at this work, it is certainly a really fantastic place.
