Black clouds upon Poznan Photo

Photographer’s Note

At first i thought that the "clouds" are the sign of a forthcomming storm, but a second look told me these were not ordinary clouds, but SOMETHING else. it also wasn't smoke as the thick layer of this greyish mass of air covered all horizon. To be honest, I really do not have a clue what is that. My guess is, it could be smog, but i have never seen such thing in Poznan or elsewhere, so I may be wrong. Maybe anyone on TE can tell me what exactly did I seen and photographed? I would be grateful.

Maybe it is a fire....maybe some pollution...maybe who knows?
where did you take the picture? from burma cegielski?
