Photographer’s Note
In Scotland at the minute and also in total awe. Amazing place and amazing scenery. This was taken along the road to the isle of Skye from Fort William. It was early enough in the morning and we couldnt believe there was snow on the mountains already. The weather has been awful but still it doesnt deter at all, the place looks stunning no matter what.

Hi Fiona, I must say, this is really a succesful shot! Fantastic pov and there is sufficient detail in the shaded forground to give the shot depth. Very good light and beautiful weather situation with the low laying clouds. Very good work.

Hi Fiona,
I think that this kind of weather gives opportunity to beautiful and interesting atmospheres, like here...Very good point of view giving a great view of the landscape, I loved the very fine tones of the colours, the mist coming down, the tiny patches of light on the mountains and the overall light...

Hi Fiona,
Nice composition, as far as the eye reaches for sure. It does look as cold as I'd imagine Scotland to be :-). Love the low clouds over the valley!
Greetings, Dennis

You chose a great vantage point Fiona to show this scenery in all its glory, the mist seems to mirror the sky perfectly. Good exposure through out the shot too
