Hi Jalab,

I love the vast meditative emptiness and tone of this .. the horizon and shore disappearing into infinity. I love the way the diagonal of the empty foreground boats interacts with the line of the shore .. tremendous.

I just wrote my 20th critique for today and now I`m out of smiles for today ,but I`ll smile tomorrow,when I`ll see this great shot again.
Excellent composition with this amount of empty space around the boats and the little part of the shore with the trees and their nice reflections.

I definetly like the minimalistic, but very harmonious composition with the boats forming a strong diagonal and pointing to the other element of the shot. I also like the splash of colour the small boat gives, it's a nice accent in the shot. but at least on this screen the photo seems to have some noise, and you might also try and bring out the details in the shadows inside the boats (if you don't mind, I'll try a workshop a bit later). still, very nice shot.

I find it simply nice, calm and peaceful. A harmonic and well balanced composition that leads the eye from the boats to the coast with trees and their reflection. Congratulations!

a very dramatic shot, so simple, yes, and very silent, the feelings the emotions are so great, I love the mist that covers the horizon of the lake making it endless. well captured, well done! TFS

I think that the success of this very nice picture is in its simplicity. The few things of which is composed, the absolutely calm water and the hidden horizon make the atmosphere pleasant, mystique and dramatic at the same time.
