Perched on a 150 m high hill it's sprawl is, possibly, the most formidable and magnificent fort in Rajasthan. Rao Jodha founded it in 1459 but subsequent rulers of Jodhpur have also added to it over the centuries.

This is one of the finest museums in Rajasthan and certainly the best layed out. The museum exhibits the heritage of the Rathores in arms, costumes, paintings and decorated period rooms.

Hi Alex,

The guy just belongs there in your composition. It surely wouldn't be the same without him! I'm wondering why you didn't crop it exactly symmetrical. Just a little bit more door post to the left than to the right. Not that it really matters, I'm just wondering if it was a conscious choice ;-).
