Hello Nilufer,
Perspective and theme are OK and your picture is a good image of a summer evening in Istanbul, but it is not sharp... Besides, I think you should write a note. Where is this in Istanbul ? It is the Istiklal Caddesi, but how should everyone on TE know that ? Write something, if not in English than in Turkish. TE is not only about learning about photography but also about the world.
